You can reassign a solution-aware cloud flow to a new owner (user or service account) directly through the Power Automate portal.
In Power Automate, open the solution → select the flow → click Edit in the Details pane → remove the old owner → add yourself (or another user). If the new owner doesn't have a premium license, a warning will appear. However, the flow will continue running for up to 30 days before being disabled.
Note: If the flow has broken or unlicensed connections, you may need to rebind the connectors before changing ownership.
