CSS code is not showing in mail body

Hello All, 
 
Can anyone help me with this issue ? 
I trying to build a flow that gets response from Microsoft Forms and make a HTML table and send it to my email. But the CSS code is not working and not showing in mail body.

    Please show how you have configured the e-mail action and show an example of the e-mail and the issue. Otherwise, the only suggestions I have are:
    • Check to make sure you put the e-mail action into HTML code view.
    • The body of the output from the compose action with the CSS is at the top of the e-mail message.
    • Double-check your HTML code to make sure there are no errors. While HTML is forgiving, a mistake in the code could be the issue.
    • With your CSS, the th:first-child attribute is not supported in Outlook and will have no effect. You can leave it in if Microsoft ever adds support for the tag.
    • What was the purpose of expanding the create table action in your image? You indicate the issue is with the CSS and not the table creation.

    Thank you for you answer, The CSS is working now but the table is very missy and I want the table in vertical instead of horizontal
