We have smartsheet form that has survey response entered triggers different followup questions. Summary reports generated for people. Dashboard generated for different levels.
How to create apps or convert existing smartsheet forms for above requirement.also wats the licensing subscription we would need for the same.

You can do the integrations directly to the smartsheet conector, follow the documentation :

Or even you can try to buil you own logic form inside the Power Apps application to replace the smartsheet, use Microsoft Forms perhaps it will be the easier way.
About the licensing, both of this solution are standard conectors, so you don't have to care about it, just need the standard O365 license.

1. Can we use Power Automate for email triggers if we use microsoft forms or wats the option to trigger emails if we develop our design in microsoft forms?
@Veblitz , Yes , you can create this Flow with no problems!
