One Dive Step "Convert file (preview)" has stopped -> error BadGateway

Today I have an error, with the One Dive Step "Convert file (preview)",

I have the  BadGateway message.

Does anyone know if there has been a general failure? or any idea?

    Hi @DynSpain ,

     

    Under Create file, you can add a Delay, such as 30 seconds, in case the file is too large and the flow needs to wait for it to fully generate before proceeding to the next step.
