Hello,
I am looking forward to create a flow which can help me to register the last call received in a 3rd party website and check for leads in Dynamics 365 CRM if it can be found regarding that phone number. After the lead is found by phone number then to create an activity in timeline for phone.
I attached 2 pictures in which we can see how the recorded phone calls are saved in the 3rd party website and the timeline where activities are saved.
The 3rd Party app calls automatically the 3 salesmen and if one of them answers the call then the call stops for the other two.
I am looking forward to get the phone number which has "Disposition" as ANSWERED and matches the phone number.
Any idea on what should I use to create a flow to check for phone numbers on that 3rd party website and create the activity in my timeline on Dynamics 365?
I tried something with Record Desktop Flows but It didn't worked....
