tra the following in case you havent try yet.
    1. Dashboard security roles are restricting it:
Open the dashboard → Enable Security Roles → set Display to everyone (or tick the roles you’re using) → Publish All Customizations.

    2. System dashboards only show to app users once they’re published → run Publish All Customizations (and re-publish the model-driven app).

    FYI:

Dashboards are collections of charts relating to Microsoft Dataverse tables. There are two types of dashboards, user dashboards and system dashboards. An app user can create a dashboard visible only to them in the app areas where they have privileges.

An admin or customizer creates or customizes system dashboards that, when published, are visible to all app users. A user can choose to set their user dashboard as their default dashboard and override the system dashboard.

If it is not Publish All or Security Role as per the earlier response.

First make sure you have purged the browser you are running the App in: F12, then right click the refresh icon and chose the the 3rd option (is only visible when in the browsers console F12)

In your screen shot you are editing the Site Map directly, try editing the App in the Solution and add the Dashboard to the menu, then publish the App and check to see if it is available - if so remove it from the menu but add it to the App and uncheck the show in navigation.

Just wanted to check in and see if everything is working now. If you still need any help, feel free to let me know.

Also, if the issue is resolved, it would be great if you could mark the answer as solved so others with the same question can find it easily.

Thanks and have a great day!
