Hello Everyone.

i have a problem running my RPA System. i developed an RPA system that reads invoices into our financial system, i used a demo company to test the system and everything run smoothly but when i run it on a live system, it keeps giving me errors, it fails to get window. tried fixing the UI element but it couldn't read the opened window to pic up the UI element. See images below for clarity.

fails to populate password.The error i got.

i thought maybe the problem could be the security roles/authentication blocking me from running the RPA on the live System.

your help on this, will be much appreciated.

turns out the problem was with power automate. i now updated my power automate desktop and everything is working smoothly. Thanks

Hello Henrik.

there's something weird going on here. Yesterday after updating power automate, everything was running and i didn't encounter any errors, but when i run the system today, i encountered the same problem i had.

oh and to answer your question, whenever i encounter this problem and try to add UI element on my window selector, when i press Ctrl to add the UI element, i don't get that red guideline to show the area I'm choosing for my element.
but when i do it on my demo company the red guideline appears and im able to add the UI element.
