Hi guys, I realised this flow can only work if the ID is present in sharepoint list. Is there a value i can put for the id even when it doesnt exist in sharepoint list? Thank you.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Unfortunately the get item action will only work if the id exists in the SharePoint table, if you enter a value that doesn't exist in the SharePoint table's id it will throw an error.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Does the LoanEnd column already exist in the excel table? If you want to change the column name in the excel table in flow, it is impossible.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

What is stored in your LoanEnd column, and how do you make the condition action work?
The operation logic of the condition action in the picture you posted is that when the first two conditions are true and one or two conditions in "Or" are true, it will run if yes.

    Hi @v-dezhili-msft ,

I have a misconception of the conditional control. For my case, I want to create if condition for LoanStart

    aaaa3_0-1675392673665.png

and similar for LoanEnd but I dont know how to implement it.

My end goal is to check

if LoanEnd is null, no value will be inserted.

if LoanEnd is not null then

    aaaa3_1-1675392805715.png (here chg to LoanEnd)

before i create the item  (next step of the flow)

May I know if you can assist me? Thank you so much.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Do you want to set the dateformat of LoanStart and LoanEnd only when they are both empty?
    You can try:

May I know how to change the LoanStart to LoanEnd?

    I tried to insert

    items('Apply_to_each')['LoanEnd'] in the expression
    aaaa3_1-1675410275808.pngaaaa3_2-1675410300149.png

but the excel icon beside LoanEnd is not shown instead theres a variable icon. May I know what formula should I put to display LoanEnd with excel icon beside it ? Thank you.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Is LoanEnd a column that already exists in your table?
Generally if the column already exists in your table you can select it in dynamic content.
Of course you can also use the items() formula to get it.

    items('Apply_to_each')?['LoanEnd']

    Best Regards,

    Dezhi
