Hello,
I thought that end-point protection and action controls were coming to DLP with Wave 1 but i don't see them. Are these coming at a later date?

The feature is available for public preview starting this month, but according to this page, it has not completed roll-out yet. Note that it gets rolled out to different regions at different times, so you may need to check regularly. You can opt-in to early access features for your (non-production) environment.

Just to supplement on @ChrisPiasecki, it doesn't necessarily mean this feature will be rolled out at the first release of wave 1. It can be rolled out anytime from when wave 1 gets rolled out in your region until wave 2 release in October. Cheers

No problem @ToddKennedy. Don't be surprised if they don't give you an exact date. There are no guarantees when it comes to preview features (they can choose to not release at all or pull it out of preview).
For future reference, here are the region rollout schedules for General Availability. It has a note in there that preview functionality gets continuous releases so it's anyones guess which preview release a particular feature makes it into.
