Control Type Options Missing

Hi All! I'm very new to powerapps and I'm running into an issue getting a datacard to show 'allowed values" rather than text input. I have a form, added fields, but when I try to change the 'Control Type' to Allowed Values, the option isn't there. As shown to the right of picture, I only have 3 options under 'Control type'. What am I missing, doing wrong? On the SharePoint List, this column is a single line text.

Hi

You haven't selected a single control, that looks like some kind of COntainer.

Here is a picture showing the datacard selected with the same results. I've tried selecting all/different parts of the datacard and get same results: allowed values does not show.

I built the app by adding 1. New Screen 2. Added Container to Screen 3. Added Form to Container 4. Added field to form.
