Same power app for different Sharepoint site (get SP site url)

Good morning,
I would like to develop a PowerApp to be included as a webpart in several Shaprepoint sites.
the app needs to have access to two different lists for each SP site but with the same name.
Would you know how to make the Sharepoint site url read automatically.
