Office 365 Outlook Connection Issues

I have tried it all (except migrating my account because it's a NO NO at the work place) and still no resolution. No one here is able to assist and doing the work manually would be tedious and time-wasting.

ISSUE
REST API is not yet supported for this mailbox. This error can occur for sandbox (test) accounts or for accounts that are on a dedicated (on-premise) mail server. clientRequestId: 5b866850-f952-4d10-af1c-41589960fa04 serviceRequestId: c2e0de5f-429d-223a-b9e5-dc9a3ac062f5
