I have a document library which has document sets. Within those doc sets are files that have been tagged with terms I've added to the SharePoint term store. There are users that should be able to see items with certain tags(metadata). I'm trying to determine how to grant access so that users will see ALL document sets but only be able to see files within those document sets based on what tags the files have.
