Copilot Studio Pricing

When I signed up for Copilot Studio in December/2024 the pricing was $200/month for an annual subscription.  Sometime in December/2024 Microsoft offered a Pay-As-You-Go based on $0.01/per message.  This pay as you go pricing would be favorable as we scale the service to our needs.  However, I am having an extremely hard time switching to the pay as you go payment plan after following instructions in the Copilot Studio documentation.  
 
Any help or advice from other users would be appreciated.

    Switching to a Pay-As-You-Go plan should be straightforward, but it can sometimes get tricky.
     
    Here are some steps you can follow to switch to the Pay-As-You-Go pricing plan for Copilot Studio:
     
    Sign in to the Azure Portal: Go to the Azure portal and sign in with your Microsoft account.
     
    Navigate to Pricing: Go to the "Pricing" section. You can find this by searching for "Pricing" in the search bar or navigating through the menu options.
     
    Select Copilot Studio: Look for Copilot Studio in the list of services and select it.
    Change Plan: Find the option to change your pricing plan. You should see an option to switch from the annual subscription to the Pay-As-You-Go plan.
     
    Confirm Changes: Follow the prompts to confirm your changes and ensure that the Pay-As-You-Go plan is activated.
     
    Check Billing: Verify that your billing has switched to the new plan by checking your billing details and usage.
     
    If you encounter any issues or need further assistance, it might be helpful to contact Microsoft Support directly.

    Thanks so much, Robu1.  I appreciate your support and direction.
     
    Unfortunately, I was not able to locate the Pricing section of the Azure Portal.  I exhausted searching.  While I found many different pricing pages and content none enabled me to select Copilot Studio services as an option.
     
    Is there another way to find this page or a specific URL you can point me to?
