Form flow into SharePoint list

I have created a form that flows into a SharePoint list. It all works well, except that one of the drop down fields is converting to text in SharePoint. See below screenshot of a correct example, and the imported value below it. The fields are drop down in both the form and sharepoint list (only one option allowed), and I have confirmed the text matches exactly. Does anyone know how to correct this?

Hi @kerryandrews ,

In you MS Form, can you check to ensure Multiple Answers is set disabled.
