I have created form for a SharePoint list, it works well on myside. But sharing links with other user, it has error, anyone can help?
Make sure they have access to the datasource.

I see that this is a SharePoint integrated form, which would suggest it's not a permissions problem on the main list.
Therefore, the next thing I'd check is whether the user has permissions for all other data sources in the app.
For example, what's the data source for your "headcount type" drop-down? If this is the look up to another SharePoint list? If so, does the user have permissions to read the data for this list?
