Hi,

at one of our customers we have Power Platform environment in multiple regions. We are trying to collect licensing usage information. We realized that the licensing usage information (Admin Center - Licensing - Power Automate - View Details for license) does not show any data for any environments that are in the region Europe. For environments in other regions the data is available.

This does not seem to be limited to our tenant. We have the same issue at other customers.

Is this a known limitation?

During preview phases, telemetry and background processing for certain regions (especially those under specialized data boundaries like the EU) may lag behind or be temporarily disabled as Microsoft ensures full compliance with local data processing laws.

Delayed Regional Rollout: Service updates for the Power Platform Admin Center are deployed region-by-region. Analytics and licensing reporting often reach the "First Release" regions (like North America) before being fully optimized for others.

Tenant vs. Environment Location: If your Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) tenant is based in a different region (e.g., US) but the environments are in Europe, the cross-region data synchronization for licensing consumption can sometimes fail to populate in the tenant-level summary.

Report Limitations: The current "Licensed User" preview report has documented issues, such as not showing correct entitlements for certain license types (like "Per App" or "Pay-as-you-go").

Next Steps & Recommendations

Check Service Health: Monitor the Microsoft 365 Service Health Dashboard for advisories specifically targeting "Power Platform Admin Analytics" or "Licensing Reporting" in the Europe region.

Submit a Support Ticket: Since this is affecting multiple customers, it may be a specific regression in the Europe data center's reporting service. Microsoft support can verify if your tenant is part of a broader known incident.

thank you for the answer. I cannot find a Cmdlet called Get-AdminPowerAppsServicePlan anywhere.

This is Get-AdminPowerAppLicenses , not AdminPowerAppsServicePlan
