Hi gents,

I have noticed that "Automated" runs in Copilot Studio orchestration Activity stalls when they are Connection based.

According to Transcript this happens due to a Connection dialog that you as User normally get in your published Channel. However you can't approve it now as it is an Automated activity.

Have anyone run into this issue/problem/bug?

Some insights

- Agent is published

- Agent Automated activity orchestration stalls In progress if the action is Connector based

- User triggered activity with Connector orchestration works after you have managed the pop up Connection requirement in your published Channel

- Agent activity works without problem IF the Action is Power automate Flow based instead of a Connector action And if Flow settings: Run-only user is set to user author Connection (not an option)

- If Flow setting is set back to Run-only user the same Activity fails with: FlowActionBadRequest
