I have seen a lot of good information on using sharepoint lists as environment variables and even the feature to automatically create environment variables when you add a sharepoint data source. But I can not figure out how to do the same exact thing but with dataverse tables. Even when manually creating dataverse tables, it doesn't give me the option to choose an actual table. Thank you in advance for any information on this!
Each Table has an EntityID which you can use in your Environment Variable. You can find the EntityID in 2 ways.
1 - The URL of the Table or
2 - The Properties of the Table

Thanks for the response! Sorry, I'm new to environment variables.. would I use that entityID as the current value for the environment variable?
I usually use the Default Value. But depending on your needs you can use Current Value. Here is documentation that help. Use environment variables in solutions - Power Apps | Microsoft Learn
