Migrating my chatbot from PVA classic to Copilot Studio

I'm trying to migrate my PVA classic chatbot to Copilot Studio. I've recently been assigned the premium license. However, for some reason the option to copy and clone the chatbot is greyed out. Any ideas on how I can enable this feature?

    Hi,
     
    The most likely root cause here is there are older actions/features in the bot that will not migrate.  There are other possible issues including permissions and environments, but I suspect the former is the going to be the root cause.  Verify you don't have any depreciated actions in use.

    Yes, we would need to verify every Actions that are customized and might not be supported in the new version of Copilot.
