I have a canvas app based on Dataverse tables.
I have a dropdown in the app where the "item" is
Filter(Varer;VarerAktiv="Ja")

However when I would like to choose which columns to show in the dropdown the values doesn't include all the columns in the table called "Varer"
These are just a part of the colums that the table contains... Why can't I choose all of them..?

    You can only use Single Line of Text columns for either of those two functions.

     You would need a Gallery if you want to display more than one column from the table Varer. You could add it to your component library once you add the functions to make it act like a dropdown and use the selected item to feed into whever you need to feed the data from the dropdowm. Dropdowns are only able to display lists with 1 column.

    You can only display text values in a drop down.

    If you want to display any of the other fields, you would need to convert them to text.

    As an example, lets say you want to display LowerStockLevel in the dropdown. To do this, you would set the Items property of the dropdown to the following.

    Filter(AddColumns(Varer;
                      LowerStockLevelText;
                      Text(LowerStockLevel)
           );
           VarerAktiv="Ja"
    )

    You can then display the LowerStockLevelText column in your dropdown.
