I created a bot in Copilot Studio with tools and power automate flows, which works well on DEV.

Almost each of my Power Automate flows have a step which is Send adaptive card and wait for response. The bot triggers the correct flow correctly on Test but when it reaches the Send Adaptive card it fails with error "The bot is not installed for the current user"

I was debugging this for almost a month, and no success. Also reached out to Microsoft about it. They are just saying that the id of the bot on Dev and Test are different that's why it fails.
But that's not true, as the Send adaptive card uses the schema name of the bot, which is correctly set.

The bot was fully working before on PROD already, I added new flows, new tools with power automate, and all the flows suddenly stopped working(failing on the same step when sending the adaptive card)

All the connections are fine, also connection references. The BOT is installed on Teams, and I am triggering the flow FROM the bot in Teams, so that's completely weird.

I was trying to remove channel, then adding it back.
Also i am using the user email to send the adaptive to the user. (The user email is also correctly set)

I also tried to completely recreate the bot from scratch, it also didn't help.

Maybe some of you had the same issue and you could help me.
