Can't create bot in any team in Power Virtual Agents for Teams

Can't create bot in any team in Power Virtual Agents for Teams, constantly getting the same error:

    The initial investigation by the engineers is that it may be a permissions issue to the default environment. This may be something that your tenant admin may be able to solve through the Power Platform Admin Center. 

    While the engineers continue the investigation to understand the issue, there are a couple of things they would like to help track down the root cause:

    1. Can you provide more details on each step you took, and at which point you encountered the error?

    There are two places where one can initiate the creation of a bot, the Start now button on the Home tab and the New chatbot menu item on the Chatbots tab. 

    Can you try initiating the bot creation from the other tab from which you encountered the errors?

    Hi @mboninco can you please suggest what exact permissions and where our admin should give?

     

    This error appears in both cases, start now and new chat-bot menu.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I've forwarded to the developer that you are getting the error regardless from which tab the bot creation is initiated from. I've also asked for clarification on exactly what permissions your admin can try to assign that may resolve this issue.

    There are not any updates in the ticket that is tracking this issue. I've pinged the developer assigned to the issue asking if there are any updates.
