Hello everyone,
I'm in the process of migrating some desktop flows from my personal computer to a Windows Server 2019 environment. Power Automate Desktop (PAD) is installed on the server, and to ensure everything works smoothly, I attempted a simple test: sending an email from PAD on the server.
Unfortunately, I encountered an error during this test, which doesn't occur when I run the same PAD flow on my local machine—there, the email sends without any issues.
Here's what I've done so far:
- Tested sending an email from PAD on my local computer (Success)
- Tested sending an email from PAD on the server (Error)
Given that the configuration is identical on both machines, I suspect the issue might be related to server-specific settings, possibly the firewall or other security measures.
I've attempted to track down the issue using the correlation ID provided in the error message by searching on make.powerautomate.com, but I haven't had any luck finding relevant information.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue or could provide insights into what might be happening? Additionally, if anyone knows where I can find more details about the error using the correlation ID, that would be extremely helpful.
Thank you in advance for your time and assistance!
