Power Virtual Agents - Image Property - SharePoint images are not displaying in Microsoft Teams App for few users

Hi Team,

We have loaded images into the SharePoint library and used the images the into Power Virtual Agents Image Property to display images in chatbot. We have published the chatbot to Microsoft Teams channel. The images in chatbot are displaying in Microsoft Desktop Teams App for some users and the same image is not displaying for the few user.

Note : The Images in chatbot displaying correctly to all users in Web browser Teams App.

Only facing issue with Microsoft Teams Desktop APP for few users.

Here is the image which is not displaying to few users in Microsoft Teams Desktop App.

The same image displaying to other users in Microsoft Teams Desktop App.

Can someone help me on this what is the issue.?

Any update on this issue?
Did any one faced the same problem?
Is this is regarding any sync issue with Teams Desktop App?
