Is it possible to have a trigger be a chat message in Teams? Just in general chat, not in a specific channel.

I saw that one - but I only believe that works in a specific channel, right? Not in the general chat? Or am I misunderstanding?

I try using your recommendation, but does not work.
I also would like to do this. When a new chat (not in a channel) is received, i'd like it to pop out. OR some other mechanism that it asks me to put on a task list (preferably not via Planner).
