Ending a conversation after user triggers same response multiple times

I have a bot where I want to end the conversation when the user triggers the same response twice (foul language). At the moment I have the flow with:

  1. User query (trigger)
  2. Response
  3. Offer the Y/N option to ask another question: If No - end conversation. If Yes, back to normal conversation flow (Start over system topic)

For users who answer yes, can I add a topic as a condition? If so, how?

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks

Katie

    Thanks Kamrani for your suggestion.

I don't want to redirect them to the topic. If they trigger the same topic twice in a row, I want to be able to provide a custom message.

Hi @KatieAU - you should be able to use redirect topic node to call another topic from the condition node.
