I keep getting the following error while chatting to copilot agents using the anthropic models sonnet or opus.
 
Sorry, something unexpected happened. We’re looking into it. Error code: SystemError. Conversation ID: b3eac18f-4fda-4e45-9b74-c921fa04c58e. Time (UTC): 3/31/2026 7:20:48 AM.
 
 
I had this errors the last week after 2 prompts in a chat so cant hold a proper conversation right now.

    @MichaelFP, this happens on all channels yes. After one larger prompt analysing a txt file with some code it does answer but an seecond question about the code makes it crash 9/10 times. The other 1/10 crashes in about 1 or 2 questions later. 

    I have also tried in incognito window but this also does not solve the issue.
