Hi,
 
I keep getting the following error while chatting to copilot agents using the anthropic models sonnet or opus.
 
Sorry, something unexpected happened. We’re looking into it. Error code: SystemError. Conversation ID: b3eac18f-4fda-4e45-9b74-c921fa04c58e. Time (UTC): 3/31/2026 7:20:48 AM.
 
 
I had this errors the last week after 2 prompts in a chat so cant hold a proper conversation right now.
