Good afternoon everyone

I am currently trying to convert word document to PDF in Power automate premium and i am quite blocked at the moment. Unfortunatly chat gpt and every turorial aren't really helpfull neather.

In the step : Convert Word to PDF , What option should i use ?
i have tried : @{outputs('Create_file_1')?['body/Id']} but it return this error :

Action 'Convert_Word_Document_to_PDF' failed: The selected file doesn't exist, please select a valid file and drive. clientRequestId: 66cb796a-94e9-449e-84d2-fead329c24d0

i have also tried to add the path in file like: Documents/Folder/MyDynamicDocument
But it's also not fonctional.

i have tried several options :
@{outputs('Create_file_1')?['body/Id']}
@{outputs('Create_file_1')?['body/ItemId']}
@{outputs('Create_file_1')?['body/Path']}
@{outputs('Create_file_1')?['body/FileLocator']}
But none of them is working. the error returne is the same:

Action 'Convert_Word_Document_to_PDF' failed: The selected file doesn't exist, please select a valid file and drive. clientRequestId: 66cb796a-94e9-449e-84d2-fead329c24d0

Do you have any advice? How can i make this conversion work.

J'ai essayer @{outputs('Create_file_1')?['body/Id']}
@{outputs('Create_file_1')?['body/Id']}
@{outputs('Create_file_1')?['body/ItemId']}
@{outputs('Create_file_1')?['body/Path']}
@{outputs('Create_file_1')?['body/FileLocator']}
mais ça me retourne cette erreur :

Action 'Convert_Word_Document_to_PDF' failed: The selected file doesn't exist, please select a valid file and drive. clientRequestId: 66cb796a-94e9-449e-84d2-fead329c24d0
j'ai aussi essayer d'ajouter le chemin des fichiers : Documents/Folder/MyDynamicDocument
mais il ne le trouve pas non plus.

Est-ce que vous auriez des conseils pour me débloquer de cette situation s'il vous plait ?
Merci d'avance !

    Hey @

    You're likely very close to solving this!
    Even though you're passing the correct Id from your 'Create file 1' step, the 'Convert Word Document to PDF' action (which comes from the 'Word Online (Business)' connector) also needs the correct SharePoint Site Address and Document Library to locate the file you want to convert.
    Here's what you need to do:

    • Go to your 'Convert Word Document to PDF' action.
    • For the 'Site Address' field:
    • Select the exact same SharePoint Site Address that you used in your 'Create file 1' step. This is crucial for the Word Online connector to find the correct site.
    • For the 'Document Library' field:
    • Select the exact same Document Library (e.g., 'Documents', 'Shared Documents', or a specific library name) that you used in your 'Create file 1' step.
    • For the 'File' input:
    • Crucially, use the Id dynamic content from your 'Create file 1' action. This is the unique identifier for the specific file you want to convert. It should look something like @outputs('Create_file_1')?['body/Id'] (if 'Create file 1' is the action's name).

    Let me know if this helps!

    I have the exact same issue.

    In the  SharePoint Create Document Action

    The folder path: is via compose the produces an output  addressline_ID since the document library is integrated with a dataverse table
    File Content:  the output from Populate Microsoft word template action

    Document Library: I have tried selecting from the dropdown and also the compose that was used to set the folder path in the Create file action.

    However, I don't seem to get passed this error

    message": "The Graph API rejected the request with the following error message: Code: BadRequest\r\nMessage: Resource not found for the segment 'BUCKINGHAM PALACE, THE MALL_A11E1FD027DCB01195446045CD0C37C2

    Looking online for answer, I see a few people have suggested using the convert file in OneDrive and then copy this to SharePoint but this would introduce yet another connection reference so welcome any advice on this
