PowerApp connected to google drive

I have a running app with database as google Drive. I have shared this APP and linked drive folder with all the users. However, whenever any user creates a new entry, I am able to read the changes made but with no linked pictures. Same with other users, they can only see pictures added by them using their phone on the app.

Note - all are using their gmail accounts to make changes on APP

Am I missing anything from access point of view ?

    Hi @TanviMehta ,

Let me just double check if I understood correctly, you have an app where the user get their own phone to take a picture and upload that pic in the Google Drive, however each user are only able to see pictures uploaded by themselves.

This read of information you mentioned together with the picture are you doing going directly to the Google Drive or you are doing that via the same app?
