My question is about creating/sending a purchase order on power apps to certain VP's using the My expense template. At the moment I am trying to learn how to capture the whole purchase order within the send button linked with Outlook. What I am trying to do is finish up the purchase order; have it in pending and send it to the VP with the send button.
At the moment I have this formula that I am using for the send button (Office365.SendEmail(TextInput1,"Our first PowerApps Email","Our email message here.") but I am not quite sure how to send the whole purchase order so that the VP can approve of it. If anyone could possibly point to the right direction that would be amazing. I've attached an image of the finished purchase order pending with the send button at the bottom of the page. I want to send that purchase order to my VP so that he/she is able to review it and approve of it.
