Hi,
I'am looking for a way to send a unique code everytime a employee request it from my chatbot. The codes would be coming from a Excel or Sharepoint List. and everytime one is sent, it expires and cannot be sent again.
EG:
- BOT: What coupon code you need?
- Employee: I need a new coupon code for 20% off
- BOT: Here is your code: 48494dz94
- Employee : I need another coupon code for 20% off
- BOT: Here is your code: 789954
- Employee 2 : give me a code for 20% off
- BOT: Here is your code: 9567447
Is it something possible, as long as I feed an excel ( or list) with the codes. and everytime one code is used, it will not be sent again?

Yes, you can do it.
Follow below my suggestion (I developed the whole chatbot to do it):
Stay up to date on forum activity by subscribing. You can also customize your in-app and email Notification settings across all subscriptions.
