Cannot drag lines to return to previous part of conversation

Hello all,

I am fairly new to PVA, but I have seen that there is the functionality to drag a connector line from below a message back to a previous point in the conversation. I am unable to do this on both my laptop and my desktop PC.

In example, I have an intake form taking Name, phone number, etc and asking a yes or no question to the customer if the information is correct. On yes, it continues down to more questions. On No, I want it to return back up to re-ask the information. I can drag the button, but there is no line when I drop it back to the point in the previous dialogue.

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I am facing same issue.
That's Fire Fox specific issue, I observed.

Yes, we have some issues when we are using the Firefox browser.

@renatoromao, thanks for the solution - looks like it has to do with FireFox. Worked fine in edge browser!

Yes @renatoromao, I have tried dragging the ball back up to another one of the balls above. I am currently using FireFox, but I have a few extensions - IE Ublock Origin

Did you try to click on the ball and drag it to another previous ball?

Which browser you are using to do it?
