Instant flow with an Excel file - Date problem

Hi everyone,

I've created several instant flows connected to Excel files.

In those Excel files, I have a formula that tests whether a date is equal to the current date.

In the following example, I use the now() Excel formula to test the date. As you can see, we have a birthday to celebrate ...

For your complete information, the hour associated with thoses dates is 12:00 AM 1.PNG

This morning, my flow fired on due time:

Though the flow was declared "successful", no message was posted on Teams.

This happens randomly. Sometimes my flows work, sometimes they don't.

Does anyone have an explanation and better a solution ?

Thanks in advance for your kindly help

Hello! I suggest to click that flow run (click on the date) to see what were all the actions executed by the flow. Does the Teams action have a green check?

    Hi Mari,

    Thank you for your answer.

    This is very strange.
As you can see, the flow triggered on June 3rd on due time.

But on the Excel "List rows present in table" body section you can notice that the Anniversaire column (=birthday) was empty when the trigger fired.

It is as if the updating occured after that event (and not at the opening) because everything was correct when I opened my file.
This is why the "Post a message" didn't occure...
Does it sound normal to you ?
What can I do to prevent such things ?

Thanks in advance and have a great day.

Another piece of information : this week-end, on June 5th was Thomas' birthday.

Though the post has been published only yesterday on June 6th...

Maybe the solution is to change the time in the birthday column ?
