I have an app that uses a couple of connectors.
Fin & Ops Apps - to connect to my finance and operation environment
SQL server - to connect to a Azure sql database
When I am logged in as me, the developer everything works fine.
I share the app with other internal people and the get this message when they run the app.
'Error when trying to retrieve data from the network: { "Message": "Please verify that the user is valid and set up correctly." } clientRequestId: 955.................
So... I checked and I thought I had to share the connectors too. went to connectors and share and I see this.
I have tried everything I can possibly think of to no avail.
I know these are premium connectors, I have temporarily assigned a user a Power apps premium licence to see if that made a difference, nothing, nada, same error !!
so frustrating!
I can of course, just go round and log in as me when they use the app but that doesnt feel right at all!!
Think I may have answered my own question....
The user I am sharing with needs permissions in Finance and Operations (obviously!)
Still teating , but will post results just in case anyone else needs 🙂
