Populate a SharePoint 2013 dialog form

I'm trying to use a Power Automate Desktop flow to copy data into a SharePoint 2013 list using a dialog form. I can get the flow to click "New link" to open the dialog pop-up, and I can identify the text boxes as UI elements, but when it gets to the part where it's actually supposed to populate the dialog form, it can't find the UI elements. I also tried identifying them using the Recorder, but even though PAD could identify the UI Elements during recording, it couldn't find them again then the flow ran.

I'm just guessing, but maybe the dialog form isn't being recognized as part of the Edge browser instance, so the flow is just looking right through it at the SharePoint list.

Any suggestions on how to populate the dialog form using PAD?
