Excel with Dynamics 365 connection - Cannot refresh

Hello

I'm from Japan,I need your help gusy.

When I Download the Excel File From PowerApps,choice the Queries & Connections cannot refresh.

Then I serch the question in the intenet and found it in this site(アプリ データを動的ワークシートにエクスポートした後、[すべて更新] が機能しない - Power Apps | Microsoft Learn)

It doesn't work.....................

so somebody help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
