how to create a folder on onedrive using power automate desktop

    Use create file activity and you can create a file in one drive

    or one drive business.

    Sorry I spoke about create file 

    There is no action for creating folder using power automate desktop

    I think we can try with some scripting actions vbscript or powershell etc

    You don't need to worry about the destination folder, if the folder does not exist. it will be created automatically.
