Attachments are not saving when form in submitted

HI,

I have a basic form within Power Apps that is brought through from an MS SharePoint List that I created. When the form is submitted all the data inputted is updated on the list however for some reason the files that are uploaded are not transferring.

Has anyone come across this and know what setting I need to change??

this looks like it is a gerneral bug because today similar posts popped up.

right now there is no other solution to work around this.
