when i reply to a user it is showing my name as Lastname, firstname. how do i get it to show nickname please?

The display name you can configure inside the Omnichannel Administration, this link will help you: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/omnichannel/administrator/agent-display-name
But maybe you can get limitations because is a new integration with Power Virtual Agents and some features can be missing.
