Hello,

I just enabled power automate in our O365 admin center but I am getting an error trying to launch it, I receive an authentication failed and messages below, what should I do? We have an E5 license so we have both microsoft power automate free and Power Automate for Office 365 enabled.

Here is message:

The error would suggest you need to talk to whoever administers your Azure AD. It appears that the flow service application has been disabled in Azure AD.

Can we develop and deploy Desktop and Cloud flows with full capabilities using O365 E5 Suit in both Production and Development environment? Is there any limitation you encountered?

O365 E5 does not include a full Premium license for Power Automate. You will only be allowed to use Power Automate cloud flows without premium connectors. Desktop flows are not included.
