Hopefully someone can help. Whenever I try to access the Edit form direct page of a list item in modern SharePoint, the form which I built in PowerApps cuts off the header.
I've tried resizing the form in a million different ways but it always does the same thing. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Thank you!

You are doing nothing wrong - this is the default alignment that SharePoint uses to display Power Apps customized forms. Obviously, the designers did not envisage someone doing one as wide as you have and this facility is only (as far as I can see) designed with the default width in mind (where it does not reach the header).
If you need a form this wide (and I have several and my users have never mentioned it as an issue), just accept that the header will be half-covered.
