Bonjour

Apologies, but the other question is simply a part of this based question on demand.

Scenario 1: Update the status of the scheduler based on thestatus in the SharePoint

1 list. Create an automated flow based on when an item is created or amended
    2. Use GetChanges
    3. Add a condition and have them check if the field ( SharePoint) has changed. To do this, you need to look at the field that is returned in GetChanges. Trust me, you can't miss the dynamic properties, it's impossible.
GetChanges returns booleans for each field so you can check if this specific field has changed.

    Checking Status
---Check if the Status column has changed

    4. In the Yes section, it means that your status field has changed
Use the link I have for you below to update Update status in the scheduler via Power Automate

Scenario 2: Put update the MS list with the status of the Scheduler when the task is completed.

    1. Create an automated flow Using the Scheduler trigger The task is marked as complete
    2. When you do this, you will get the details of the task.
    3. You can use Get Task Details to get more information (action)
    4. Once you have the details of the task, you can add a Update Item to update the SharePoint item.

However, again, some information is missing and you may have already of his Information 1. Is the initial phase of the data created in Planner or SharePoint? 2. How will you track between SharePoint and Planner? Will you store the task ID in SharePoint, so that you know for sure which task to update, as well as the SharePoint update task. I suggest you store the task ID so that you can match the two parts. But that's how you would do it.
