file is corrupted when send to an approval

Hi,

I have been working on this flow for a while. Basically, when an email send with attachment(s), the flow with that those attachment, and send it to a team approval. I keep getting "file is corrupted or damaged problem when I tried to open the file". Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Hi,

did you manually tried to open the email attachments - did it show same error ?

also could you share screenshot of complete flow- may be that would help to find the issue

The flow ill be like this

send it to an approval in team

when I tried to open the pdf file, it looks like this from adobe

This file is ok, I opened it before sending through the approval.

You may need to use a different format for the append to Array action:
