Cant Publish to WhatsApp Channel. Is this channel even working ?

Hello , i am facing an issue for almost 2 weeks maybe 3 , please before reply me with some of this answers
"Try to unpublish and publish again, recreate the agent , recreate de acs and etc." I already did all of that , more then 10 times.

I also created an microsoft ticket but no successful.

ACS is OK.
WABA is OK.

I can send message thourgh ACS + WABA with JavaScript so the connection is OK, META is OK.

When i send a message to my WhatsAPp , my agent get this log always , he get the message , generate the answer and try to reply to whatsapp but got OnErrorLog

"Something unexpected happened. We're looking into it"

Even if i change env , change ACS , change waba business account , always the same error at the end ,

If you have posted this several times in the past few weeks as suggested by this post and nobody has responded, it is probably because nobody has tried to do this. If that's the case, you'll need to better explain and show how you've configured your agent to publish it to a WhatsApp channel.

Have you followed the instructions here: Publish an agent to WhatsApp - Microsoft Copilot Studio | Microsoft Learn? If not, I would start there until someone who has published an agent to WhatsApp responds. If so, show how you have configured your agent like it shows in the tutorial.

Yes @David_MA , i did the tutorial , i tried all the steps from tutorial ...

I Just created the ACS , Connected WABA , Published the Agent , as the tutorial says...

My point is , i did everything right , a lot of times , tried to recreate everything from zero more than 10 times , Nothing works all leads to the same issue at the end ...

So the problem is not the deployment it self , there is any contact from Microsoft Copilot Studio developers? I am microsoft MVP , Posted at the MVP Comunnity but no answer also... i dont know where should i go now , im lost!
