Dear Microsoft Team,
I’m encountering multiple issues after deploying our Copilot Studio agent in Teams to approximately 400 users. The agent worked correctly for about 1.5 months, but for the past two weeks several users have experienced the following issue:
When they send a message to the agent, they see the “typing” indicator, but after about 20 seconds it stops and no reply is sent. The end user then either has to send another message (which often does get a response) or wait around 5 minutes until the inactivity topic is triggered, which resets the chat automatically.
The agent has been published to everyone in Teams (~400 users) and currently has about 10–20 conversations per day, though we expect this to increase in the near future.

I would appreciate any help or suggestions to resolve this, as it is currently harming user adoption of the Copilot Studio agent in Teams.
