Hi,
I am unable to create a new CDS Database in my default environment. Please see the below error.
Which as I understand I should be able to create after the Microsoft Business Application October 2018 update as listed in the article available at following link.
Also when I tryto creat a common data service app in my default environment.
I encounter following error.
Moreover I am unable to see the default environment on https://admin.powerapps.com/environments, I can only see the Sandbox environment there.
Any ideas what I am missing here?

Check if a database is created for this environment.
If not, please first create one. To create a database, you first need to either create an environment, or be assigned to an existing environment as an Environment Admin. In addition, you must be assigned the appropriate license. For information on purchasing a plan for using Common Data Service, see Pricing info.
Also, ask your administrator, if there is any security roles created.
