Issue connecting to Dataverse via Power Apps

Hello All

I am unable to connect to the CRM Dataverse using the Power Apps “Get data → Dataverse” option. The connection consistently shows as (none) and results in an “Invalid credentials” error, even though the user is signed in and has access to the environment and tables. The user is able to access and work with Dataverse tables directly via the Tables section.

Could you please help me resolve this .

Thanks

Can you please make sure user is a member of the security group associated with the environment if environment access is restricted?

Also, I would like you to check user Membership in Azure AD/Entra ID [https://entra.microsoft.com/]

The user can access Dataverse tables directly but the Power Apps connector shows "Invalid credentials." That tells you the user account itself is fine but something is breaking specifically at the connector authentication layer.

One thing worth checking beyond what Haque mentioned: try removing the existing Dataverse connection from Power Apps and creating a fresh one. Go to the Data panel, remove the current connection, then add Dataverse again and sign in when prompted. Stale or cached connection tokens can cause exactly this symptom where the connection shows as none even though the account has valid access.

Also confirm which environment the Power App is pointed at. If the app is in one environment but the connection is trying to authenticate against a different one, it will consistently fail with an invalid credentials error even though the user has access in both.
