Hi All,
I am using flow to get user details based on name i searched in PVA via power automate flow.
But every time i search a name i get blank output.
I tried using manual trigger then it works fine but not with Virtual agent trigger.
Please help

Hi @ashish300789,
Like the error states, it cannot find a profile based on an empty value. Since the Search for Users returns [] the next action (Get user profile (v2)) won't work.
What are you using for your search term? Are you retrieving the displayname or the user id talking to the bot dynamically? And if so, have you mapped that to either the bot.UserDisplayName or bot.UserId in your bot topic as well?
Or are you just asking a question and using the answer for the search?
