Howcan someone create APIs in dynamics 365 crm ?

    What do you want to call them from? 
     
    1. You can create plugins and call them
    2. You can create plugins as unbound actions and call them
    3. You can expose new Web API EndPoints and call them (for just about anything)
     
    There are loads of examples, but which are you trying to do, if you truly just search for "Create API" for Dataverse (which is what you want) I promise the SDK itself will show you. I just don't know the use case you are askinga bout.
